LLUNA 36

Dinner at Lluna 36 in Sóller was a standout. We sat on the patio with a really good bottle of wine, watching the town settle into the evening. Inside, you could see the chefs making fresh pasta right in the kitchen. The bread was to die for. We ordered the pesto fusilli topped with pistachios, ricotta, and plenty of parmesan, and the lemon-butter tagliolini with jamón ibérico layered over the top. Both dishes were so well done that we kept trading plates back and forth.
