The Santanyí Market ended up being one of my favorite mornings on the island. The whole town comes alive .. stalls lined with colorful produce, local ceramics, woven bags, fresh flowers, and so many little things you convince yourself you “need.” I found the cutest small purse there, and I carried it around for the rest of the trip. The fruit stands were unbelievable: piles of peaches, figs, cherries. We wandered with no real plan, grabbed snacks. It felt like the perfect mix of local life and little discoveries.
