One evening we were strollng around Valldemossa and stumbled upon De Tokio a Lima. The restaurant itself is gorgeous — perched above the landscape with those sweeping views that make the whole space feel cinematic. The menu is genuinely unique, mixing Japanese, Peruvian, and Mediterranean flavors in a way that feels inventive. Every dish kept surprising me in the best way. We ordered the tuna tartare with crispy wonton, the beef gyoza, and a sea bass dish. of course, I had to get the cocktail that arrives literally on fire —The whole experience felt elevated but still relaxed, the perfect mix for a night out in Valldemossa.
