EL OLIVO

Had lunch at El Olivo at the Belmond. The restaurant overlooks the mountains, and as the sun goes down, the whole landscape shifts into this soft, golden backdrop. We ordered the lobster ravioli, the sea bass, and their signature olive-oil–tasting starter, which was such a fun way to begin the meal. The food was to die for and loved walking around the property after.
