De Monio is my favorite shops/ coffee spot in Mallorca. They have the sweetest little coffee counter and homemade pastries. The owner, originally from Denmark, was so genuinely kind — she told me about her life on the island, how she ended up here, and you could feel how much heart she’s poured into the place. I’ll never forget the homemade banana bread; it tasted like it was made with real love. They happened to stock one of my best friend’s favorite bottles of red wine, so of course we bought it on the spot and carried it out with us to try later.
