Cala d’Or had a completely different feel from the other places we visited — softer, brighter, and built around these small coves that feel almost carved into the coastline. Our hotel sat right in one of them, so we could walk down from the room and be in the water within minutes. The cove itself had calm, clear water that was perfect for swimming, and we’d watch boats drift in and out throughout the day. There was also a cute beach restaurant and cafe right in the cove.
