Hotel Valldemossa is set in the Tramuntana Mountains, with views that stretch across the valley and down to the sea. It’s a small boutique hotel with comfortable rooms, good service, and a peaceful atmosphere. I actually found it while strolling through town and decided to stop in for drinks and dinner. I’m so glad I did—the menu completely amazed me, easily one of the best meals I’ve had, and the combination of the interior design and those views made it unforgettable.
