Hotel Corazón sits in the mountains of Mallorca, surrounded by incredible views and fresh air. The setting feels quiet and grounding, with a pace that’s slower than the coast. The restaurant is a highlight: I love the fresh salads, wood-fired vegetables, and homemade pastas.
