Matsuhisa in Saint-Tropez is one of my favorite dinner spots—it blends Nobu’s signature Japanese-Peruvian flavors with the effortless elegance of the French Riviera. I love how the terrace overlooks the sea; the views are breathtaking, and there’s nothing like sipping a lychee martini as the sun sets. The black cod miso is a must every time—I honestly crave it almost daily.
