Hôtel Costes is my go-to in Paris .. dark, seductive, and always buzzing in the best way. Its my favorite spot to go drink wine on a Friday night with girlfriends or a romantic dinner with my husband. The food is also to die for. My typical order is the the salmon sashimi to start, the truffle pasta (because it’s impossible not to order it), and a side of their pommes allumettes that I always end up finishing on my own. For dessert, I go for the chocolate fondant.
